Singapore’s leading property portal, 99.co,which has earlier expressed its intentions towards the Thailand property sector, has signed an advertising agreement with a technology company for co-representation throughout Southeast Asia.
99.co, which also owns Indonesia’s largest property portal, claims a combined 20 million page views per month. and more than 1.2 property listings, has joined forces with Tickled Media, the firm behind theAsianParent.com and AsianMoneyGuide.com.
Tickled Media claims to reach 11 million women every month throughout the region.
The cross collaboration, touted as the first of its kind, is intended to expand the reach of both companies. Indonesia is slated as the initial market for the two companies.
In a joint statement , the companies said that the cross-industry collaboration, touted as the first-of-its-kind, would help expand their reach; and both parties intend to start with the Indonesian market, which is considered a key market.
The idea behind the deal is that both companies will sell advertising to organisations such as property developers, financial institutions, media agencies to reach their combined audiences.
Tickled Media’s Country Manager for Singapore, Lesley Ngai, said: “Our Asian digital mum survey constantly shows that mums are the primary household decision.
Darius Cheung, CEO of 99.co, said that the brands we partner with all look to target and reach out to homeowners.
“Tying up with Tickled Media just made sense for us. We all know that mums are typically the ones making the day to day decisions in the household,” he added.
