London property exhibitions are growing in number, and this weekend will see another development from the United Kingdom’s capital city being showcased to property buyers and investors in Bangkok.
Real estate firms JLL and Colliers will be exhibiting Atlas, a 40-storey residential tower in the heart of London’s Zone 1, with a nine-storey office building and what the developer describes as generous, attractive public spaces.
The under-construction project in the EC1 area of London will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments starting from GBP 800,000 (THB 35.7 million).
This event is a perfect example of how overseas developers are providing increasingly tough competition for local, high-end developers. The number of London property exhibitions in Bangkok has grown significantly in just the last three months, and I don’t expect it to decline anytime soon.
Before 2017, London property exhibitions in Bangkok were few and far between with, perhaps, an average of one every couple of months. Now there seems to be at least one happening every week.
The London property exhibition for Atlas will take place on Saturday, September 23, and Sunday, September 24, between 11am and 7pm at the Ratanakosin Room of the Anantara Siam Hotel on Rajadamri Road. A U.K. property market seminar will happen at 3pm on both days.
