AP Thailand, one of Thailand’s top property developer, has revealed details of its planned new Bangkok property projects for 2018.
The developer will debut 34 new property developments, including four condo projects and 30 low-rise projects, together worth a combined THB 49 billion.
AP Thailand also stated its belief that Thailand’s property and real estate industry will continue to grow.
It also indicated its intention to move into the “super-luxury” property segment, something that has to be questioned at a time when independent as well as agency data shows prices in that market appear to be on a downward trend.
AP Thailand said it will also redevelop its existing super-luxury brands including The Address condo brand and The Palazzo landed property brand.
That move is to satisfy the needs of upmarket customers looking for premium residences in high-potential locations, it said.
AP Thailand said these launches can be expected during the second half of the year.
AP Thailand’s first condo project in 2018 will be Aspire Sathorn-Ratchapruek, a 32-storey building with 1,049 units close to the Bang Wa BTS-MRT Interchange Station. Prices will start from THB 1.89 million when sales open later this month.
Opening for online bookings later this month will be LIFE Sukhumvit 62, a 24-storey development with 438 units. This project is 200 metres from Bangchak BTS Station.
