Bangkok locations near mass-transit networks are hot right now, both for property buyers and developers.
The latest property developer to focus its attentions on this sector of the market is Grand Unity – part of the listed Univentures group of companies.
It has revealed plans for market expansion during 2018 by using Bangkok locations next to the BTS skytrain network.
The developer is also planning to launch four new condominium projects in Bangkok locations, with target sales of THB 10 billion this year – a substantial 160 percent increase from last year.
Siripong Srisawangwong (pictured), Managing Director of Grand Unity, said: “With changing consumer trends, Grand Unity has chosen to positionits condos in prime communal areas, located next to the BTS, to provide convenience and easy commuting.”
The new projects for 2018 are Ciela – at Sripatum area, De Lapis – at Jaransanitwong 81 next to the Chao Phraya River, Denim – at Chatuchak district, and Mazarine – at Ratchayothin.
“During the first half of 2018, we will be launching two new projects – Ciela, catering to residents around Sripatum and Kasetsart University, and De Lapis – aimed at people looking for a residence next to the Chao Phraya River at Jaransanitwong 81.”
Both these condominiums will follow the BTS expansion plans, allowing residents to travel anywhere in Bangkok.
