New property launches in Bangkok are common right now. What is less common are full-blown press conferences.

That’s especially true for mass-market condominiums where prices start at a mere THB 2.3 million.

Recently property company Sena Development together with real estate agency Knight Frank Thailand organised such a press conference for its Niche Mono Sukhumvit-Bearing (pictured).

The event also marked the launch of a show unit to display what a statement said is: ”… Japanese style functionality for (the) first time in Thailand.”

The project will feature the Geo Fit+ innovation from Japan, which underpins the unit’s functionality and design.

Under the concept of ‘Life Charger’, the design enhances the urban lifestyle, recharging energy for the residents.
For investors, the project is situated in Bearing, which is currently one of the most desirable areas, according to the two companies.

Niche Mono Sukhumvit-Bearing will feature 34-storeys and some 1,275 freehold residential units alongside three retail units.

“The project caters to a new generation of urbanites who are health conscious, offering various facilities such as a large, 250-sqm exercise room with a range of equipment, a 88-metre saltwater swimming pool, a boxing room, a jogging track and a Sky Lounge with 270-degree city views,” the media statement added.

Prices for a one-bedroom unit at the Bearing new launch and measuring between 28 sqm and 31 sqm, of which there will be 1,065 such units, start at THB 2.3 million.

Expected completion of the project will be in the first three months of 2020.
