Bangkok condos with prices of between THB 130,000 per sqm and THB 160,000 per sqm are witness high demand, and are able to close sales in the quickest time.
Mid-Bangkok is defined as areas including Phahonyothin, Phayathai, Rama 3 and Ratchadapisek.
That’s according to a report from real estate firm Plus Property, released this week.
The firm said it discovered “faster than expected” sales closures of Bangkok condos however, ThailandProperty.News would like to highlight the one-day sell-outs of complete developments that are seen in other parts of Southeast Asia, including In Singapore and Hoh Chi Minh City.
Demand response, Plus said, is also high, especially at inner Bangkok area such as Phloen Chit, Chit Lom, Silom, Sathorn, and inner Sukhumvit where projects priced between THB 160,000 per sqm and THB 400,000 per sqm are typically able to close sales within three to four-and-half months.
It added that Bangkok condos priced between THB 130,000 per sqm and THB 200,000 per sqm in outer Sukhumvit area take the longest to close sales, at between five and six months.
Anukul Ratpitaksanti, Managing Director of Plus Property said the Bangkok condo market is continuing to grow attractively at present, despite significant competition among developers in certain locations that has caused a stagnation in the absorption levels.
