London property will be back in the Bangkok spotlight this weekend with the Thailand launch of a West London property opportunity.

A number of high-profile Bangkok property launches are also set to open for sales this weekend, making this the busiest weekend for Bangkok property market watches so far this year.

Real estate firm JLL will be showcasing a “White City Living” development in the Shepherd’s Bush area of West London (pictured).

The developer, St James, is part of the prolific Berkeley Group.

In the spotlight at this weekend’s London property exhibition in Bangkok, “White City Living” will feature 1,477 new 999-year leasehold homes including suites, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments and penthouses in eight acres of park, formal gardens, private courtyards and water features in West London.

The London property exhibition takes place at the St Regis Hotel in Bangkok from Friday, February 23rd until Sunday, February 26th, between 10am until 6pm.

This event will be competing for attention with a number of significant Bangkok property launches, including the grand opening of sales for the much-touted Banyan Tree Residences on the Chai Phraya River, where prices are reported to be starting at THB 27 million.

Another high-profile launch set to happen in Bangkok this weekend is the Sindhorn Tonson project on Sarasin Road, adjacent to Lumpini Park.

ThailandProperty.News has seen marketing for more than ten new Bangkok property launches which are set to take place this weekend, February 24th and February 25th.
