London property will be in the Bangkok spotlight next month when a project in the City of London is showcased in the Thai capital.

One Crown Place, from the Malaysia-based real estate firm AlloyMtd Group, has partnered with CBRE Thailand who will act as sales agent for the London property that includes both residential and commercial units.

The firm said that Thailand property buyers and investors will be among of the first in Asia to take advantage of the launch of sales as the South Tower in the project. Sales in Hong Kong will take place during the previous weekend.

Located in the heart of London, One Crown Place is a major new mixed-use scheme in the city’s historic Sun Street conservation area.

Prices will start from THB 39.75 million for a 56 sqm one-bedroom unit.

The first residents are scheduled to move in during late 2020.

The London property exhibition for London’s One Crown Place will take place on March 10 and March 11 at the Anantara Siam Hotel.
