New Zealand homes to tempt Thais

What could possible be the first New Zealand Property Exhibition to take place in Bangkok is set to happen later this month.

Held by Thailand’s Dot Property Group in association with Conrad Properties Group, New Zealand’s largest apartment developer, the event will event will provide yet more competition for Thailand-based property buyers investors.

The New Zealand event comes on the back of at least a dozen UK property events that have taken place in Bangkok so far this year, at prices ranging from less than THB 3 million upwards to THB 70 million.

The event and seminar, which will take place on May 19, will feature a range of New Zealand properties including Queens Square in Auckland (pictured), where prices are listed at starting just below NZ$ 400,000 (THB 8.8 million).

Other properties will be showcased at the event, which will take place between 12.30pm and 5pm at Four Points by Sheraton on Sukhumvit Soi 15 in Bangkok.

Seats for the event are limited.
