Presales hit 96% at Life Asoke-Rama 9

Bangkok new development Life Asoke-Rama 9 (pictured) has achieved 96 persent presales worth some THB 8.6 billion baht in its first week since launching.

Vittakarn Chandavimol, Chief Business Group – Condominiums, from developer AP (Thailand), said the venture with Japanese partner Mitsubishi Estate Group saw sales from Thai buyers, as well as from overseas buyers through roadshows in Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and China.

The 96 percent in presales exceeded projections and brought total presales of the company (as of mid-November) to THB 38 billion.

Presales reflected consumer confidence in AP-developed properties, the company said in a press release.

As business is expected to be busy until the of the year, especially in the upper and middle segments, AP is looking to drive its annual presales figures to a new target of THB 40 billion.

Condo unit prices start were set to start from THB 2.45 million, equal to THB 98,000 per sqm.

Located on an 8-rai plot , the high-rise condominium building is set to comprise two towers with 42 storeys 46 storeys, and with a combined total of 2,248 units.

Space within the units range from 25 sqm for a studio unit up to 58 sqm for a two-bedroom condominium.
