Real Estate Dangers, and how to avoid them

Real Estate Dangers and How to Avoid Them
Reading Time: 2 minutes

Informative books focusing on the dangers that lurk within the property and real estate are, let’s face it, few and far between.

That’s why Real Estate Dangers And How To Avoid Them, published by Wiley and available in Thailand from Asia Books and Kinokuniya, demands a closer look.

It’s a book than anyone involved in property, whether a buyer, seller, landlord, renter or even a real estate agent or developer, can learn from.

THB 695, the price in Thailand, is a small price to pay for information and inside knowledge that could save you significantly more.

Whilst the book does contain some specific references to the Australian property market, there is information throughout than can be used anywhere in the world.

Andrew Trim, the author of the book which was published last month, is the Managing Director of Australia-based The Johnson Real Estate Group, isn’t shy about revealing some valuable tips to help sell or rent, as well as how to avoid traps that are set to mislead property buyers and sellers.

By shining a light on what Trim says are the “flawed and unnecessary aspects of the real estate industry”, the book aims to help smarter decisions based on knowledge as opposed to advice.

This book, he says. shows the real truth about the industry.

ThailandProperty.News purchased a copy of Real Estate Dangers And How To Avoid Them late last week and it’s now become essential reading.

We would strongly recommend investing in a copy.
