Sansiri targets THB 8 bn from event

Sansiri’s “Life Comes Home 2017” annual sales event, which takes place later this month under the theme “Living Reimagined” will feature two new projects.

In addition to 10 projects in Bangkok and its suburbs, the prolific property developer will showcase two projects for the first time.

These two projects are oka HUAS, described as an urban resort condominium on Sukhumvit 36, and kawa HAUS, a low-rise residence at Communinty T77.

The three-day event takes place at Fashion Hall, Siam Paragon, between November 24 and November 26, is expected to generate sales of THB 8 billion.

Uthai Uthaisangsuk, Chief Operating Officer of Sansiri, revealed the last quarter of the year is usually the peak property-selling season for his company.

He said this year’s theme, “Living Reimagined”, reflects Sansiri’s unrivalled technology capability in all aspects of business and the living experience.

The event will feature the first public showcase of six Siri LifeTech innovations devised to complete modern consumer’s living experience, both available now for some residents in Sansiri’s properties and

oka HAUS Sukhumvit 36, will be a 47-storey condominium with 1,178 units located on Rama 4 Road, near Sukhumvit 36, Unit prices start from THB 3.69 million.

kawa HAUS Sukhumvit 77 will comprise three 7-storey condominium buildings with 546 units located at Community T77 development on Sukhumvit 77 Road (On Nut). Unit prices here start from THB 3.59 million.

The Sansiri “Life Comes Home 2017” event is predicted to attract a large number of visitors during the three days, and afterwards, draw potential property buyers to visit the sales galleries at Sansiri projects.
