This weekend (July 21/22) will see at least two separate Thailand property exhibitions in Hong Kong.

Noble Around Ari (pictured) will be in the spotlight at an event organised by property investment company FM Investment.

The Hong Kong company yesterday announced an alliance with Thailand property developer Noble Development to be its partner and sole foreign sales agent for its flagship projects.

The company’s website lists numerous prominent Bangkok properties for sale, and also indicates at least one Noble project has three floors reserved for Hong Kong buyers and investors.

Amous Lee, the Chief Executive of FM Investment, was reported as saying: “Thailand’s condominium market is attractive to overseas buyers.”

He added: “It is estimated that the international market for Thailand property exceeded THB 120 billion baht during 2017.” He did not cite a source for this figure.

Elsewhere Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard will be showcased to Hong Kong buyers and investors over the course July 21/22.

The 361-unit project in central Bangkok is reported to be 80 percent sold, with an equal split between Thai and overseas buyers.
