Leading Thailand developer Sansiri recently brought a slice of Thailand’s amazing culture to Hong Kong.
The developer has already revealed that buyers from Hong Kong and China represent the largest proportion of its overseas buyers at the moment.
In a paid-for article in the South China Morning Post, the Thailand developer shone the spotlight on the first-ever Thai Festival that took place in Hong Kong earlier this month.
The “Thai Festival By Sansiri at Lan Kwai Fong” attracted more than 150,000 visitors to the lifestyle event, where it partnered with BTS Group, King Power Duty Free, Lan Kwai Fong Association, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Hong Kong and the Tourism Authority of Thailand.

Sansiri has been attracting buyers from Hong Kong, China and Singapore for many years. When I was working in Singapore I was part of a media initiative that allowed me to have face time with the developer’s CEO.
That was five years ago, and Sansiri has certainly been the single most proactive Thai developer in terms of raising its profile to overseas buyers and investors.
