Hong Kong saw more than 20 property exhibitions last weekend alone, with Thailand and Bangkok leading the way as featured investment destinations.

According to Eli McGeever of SohoApp, who collates property exhibition information from cities throughout Southeast Asia, he said: “Hong Kong is still seeing exhibitions happen, however. 20 over the past week, although most were more regular, generic exhibitions about a particular location, rather than a specific project.

He added that destinations such as Thailand, Malaysia and Japan have a larger number of these types of exhibitions, and they also had the most exhibitions over the last week.

“It has been a competitive year for overseas property exhibitions and, over the past six months, tere have been more than 1,000 exhibitions in Hong Kong, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur alone,” he concluded.
