ThailandProperty.News sees another record-breaking month

ThailandProperty.News saw another record-breaking month during August 2018.

Last month also marked the one-year anniversary since what has become Thailand’s most trusted and most prolific source of English language property news.

The website published 415 property news stories during the 12 months ending August 2018, many of them exclusive. Last month alone saw 37 property news stories published.

The website saw month-on-month social media and email interactions with its readers continue to rise.

Compared with July, August saw a 51.6 percent increase in page views. Readers were also spending more time on the website with each unique visitor spending an average of 2m 10 secs exploring news stories.

The most-read story on ThailandProperty.News during August, and for the fourth month running, was our story regarding the new rental law that came into force in Thailand on May 1.

News that a banned agency from Singapore has been selling and marketing overseas properties in Bangkok also attracted significant attention, making it the second ranked story.

Third was news that Bangkok has been revealed as the third most livable city in Southeast Asia.

Last week’s story that Thailand has been named as the most popular choice for Chinese property buyers and investors who identify as LGBT was the fourth most-read item of news.

The period from June until August versus the previous three months also saw a 52.6 percent increase in total page views for visitors to ThailandProperty.News.

The website is unique in terms of Thailand property news because its news coverage is not influenced by external pressure from advertisers or potential clients. The website accepts no form of advertising.
