Sales of more than THB 530 million were achieved when an ultra-luxury Bangkok property was showcased in Hong Kong earlier this month.

This adds to the THB 700 million recorded when the project first debuted in Hong Kong last year.

Country Group Development PCL., the Thai listed company behind the ultra-luxury mixed-use development, Chao Phraya Estate, held an event for sales of the Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok (pictured) at a recent two-day exhibition in Hong Kong.

More than 90 groups of investors and buyers attended the exclusive event, displaying what the developer described as “tremendous enthusiasm”.

This was the developer’s fourth successful sales exhibition in Hong Kong, in line with the company’s brand strategy of hosting overseas roadshows to highlight the unique appeal of Chao Phraya Estate to foreigners, and tapping into demand from overseas investors for luxury branded-residences in central Bangkok.

With this latest success, Country Group Development said it remains confident there continues to be strong demand from regional Asian markets for outstanding and unique, ultra-luxury Bangkok property projects.

Ben Taechaubol, Chief Executive Officer of Country Group Development, said: “We are delighted to have received such a positive response once again in Hong Kong, which remains an extremely important market for us.”

He added that the residential tower is more than half-way complete, with the structure now at level 55. In addition, façade and interior works are making excellent progress, with the development being “comfortably: on track for completion in Q4, 2018.

Valued at US$ 1 billion, Chao Phraya Estate enjoys a prime waterfront location on 14.2 acres of land and features three unique properties – Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok, Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok and Capella Bangkok.
